Apartment 2

At a distance of 400 meters from Villa Rosanna, there is the “Rosanna apartment 2”, next to the beach of Plataria. There you can enjoy an endless view of the sea (and the mountain) and a pleasant cool breeze. The sunset is magnificent as well.
The building has got three floors. On the ground floor you can find a cafeteria. The APARTMENT 2 (95sq.m.) is on the first floor. On the upper floor there is another apartment of the same size under construction. One street separates the building from the beach.

The apartment is 95sqm. and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room (40sq.m), a bathroom and a hallway. On the front side of the apartment there is a large terrace of 30sq.m. with awnings, overlooking the bay of Plataria and the island of Corfu in the distance. There you can have your breakfast in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening while having a coffee or a drink. At the back side of the apartment there is another terrace of 20 sq.m. All areas are equipped with air-conditioners, as well as radiators for the winter. The apartment has its own separate entrance. Mrs Rosanna has grown up and studied in Germany and thus she can speak German fluently.

Available equipment of the apartment:
The apartment has got 2 bedrooms and a 40sqm kitchen-living room. There are two single beds in the first bedroom and a double bed in the second one. The kitchen-living room provides a fitted kitchen (with a double sink, 4 hobs and an oven), a coffee machine, a microwave, a large refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a dining area for 6 people, a TV (terrestrial and satellite) and an opening sofa which converts into a double bed. You can also find all cooking utensils that you may need.
The bathroom has a shower with a cabin and a washing machine that you can use without any charge. Mosquito nets are fitted in all windows and balcony doors. In the spacious front terrace you can also find a large table with 6 chairs. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week, free of charge. Minimum stay of 5 days. Pets are not allowed.
